The data will not be disclosed or used otherwise. However, we reserve the right to review the server log files retrospectively if specific indications of illegal use arise.

Personal Data

You can generally use our online offering without disclosing your identity and without providing personal data. If you provide personal data (e.g., name, email address, phone number) within our online offering, such data is provided by you voluntarily, for instance, in the context of registration or via the contact form. Location data is only collected if you have allowed the collection of location data in your device settings. The data you voluntarily provide will be stored and used by us only for the purpose for which you provided it.

Duration of Storage of Personal Data

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal retention period. After the expiration of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided they are no longer required for fulfilling or initiating a contract and/or we have no legitimate interest in continuing to store the data. If data is to be deleted due to the exercise of rights (e.g., claiming a right to deletion or withdrawing consent), the corresponding data will be deleted immediately.

Your personal data is transmitted to our servers over the internet in encrypted form. We use SSL encryption (Secure-Socket-Layer) for data transmission.

Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

We use your personal data solely for the purpose for which you provided it to us.

Where external service providers are employed by us to deliver services, their access to the data is limited to the purpose of service provision. We ensure compliance with data protection regulations through technical and organizational measures and also require our external service providers to do so.

Moreover, we will not disclose your data to third parties without your express consent. Data will only be shared if you have consented or if we are legally entitled or obligated to do so, particularly in cases of law enforcement, danger prevention, or enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Contact

When contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), personal data is collected. The specific data collected in the case of a contact form is evident from the respective form. In any case, a valid email address is required so that we know who the request is from and can respond accordingly.

Any additional information can be provided voluntarily.

The data will be stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out based on your voluntarily given consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. If your contact aims at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your request has been fully processed unless statutory retention periods apply.
